New Zealands deep-relief, hand-painted coat of arms is the dominat motif on this stein.
To its right and left are depicted New Zealand's national bird, the KIWI, respectially the national plant, the Silver Fern.
The stein's sides show famous cities and landmarks of this country:

- Christchurch
- Auckland
- Queenstown (famous resort area at the Bay of Lake Waktipu)
- Tauranga, at the Bay of Plenty
as well as the Bay of Islands, which is famous for fishing and water sports.

This version has the so-called "cobalt" finish: The painting has been applied with the cobalt background (under-glaze) color.
The relief appears more colorful and shiny on the cobalt version vs. the rustic decór technique. There is no "better" version - It's simply a matter of personal taste. If you prefer the shiny version with cobalt background, then please order the other #300RN-RU stein.
